DIPLOMAS

Madison Academy offeres three different diplomas: General, College Preparatory, and Academic Honors. For some classes a year is 10 semester points. The required credits for each diploma are outlined below:

          [C - must include Biology, Chemistry, and Physics]
               [H - 40 sp of lab sciences]

     [World History, US History, Goverment, Economics are required]

     [10 sp of computers are required]      
  Fine Arts 10 15 4 years *
     [*credit can range from 5-10s.p. a year]      
  PE/Health 10 10 10
     [max PE credit counted toward graduaction is 40 sp.]

In addition, students must pass all State of Tennessee Gateway exams (Algebra I, Biology, and English 2)
