Uniform and Supply List

All uniforms must be monogrammed with the school logo on the shirts/sweaters.  Madison Academy has chosen these vendors for uniform purchase:

Additionally, uniform khaki or navy pants/shorts/skorts may be purchased at Academy Sports, Kohls, JCrew, Target, Old Navy, Lands End, etc.
